The space
The apartment has been recently renovated and is furnished with brand new furniture and mattresses. All rooms have air conditioning and independent heating. In the kitchen, in addition to everything you need for cooking, you will find a washing machine and dishwasher. A large double sofa bed in the living room allows for the addition of additional guests. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe street, with bars, restaurants, garages, and other services. 100 meters from home you turn the corner and… the majesty of the Colosseum pleasantly dominates you. But if that day you have planned to visit other attractions of Rome more distant, then you can take one of the many buses at the stop, or the Metro B at 300 meters, or a taxi.

The apartment is located on the first floor with a lift. The entire apartment is available to guests.

Private transfers to/from Rome airports can be organised upon request. Upon arrival, documents will be requested for mandatory registration with the competent authorities.
